About GoStudio

GoStudio.ai is the one-click AI studio for people, pets and products. Hundreds of use-case apps and image and video templates let anyone create, recreate or edit a photo or video in one click, with no prompts.

We're a bootstrapped team of eight in Bengaluru. Our founder, Kanika, started GoStudio solo from a tier-3 Indian city. Neeraj, who has built Practo, Quikr and CommonFloor before, now works with Kanika full-time as a mentor to build the product.

We take freshers seriously: the people leading our work today joined as freshers just a year ago. We're a profitable startup with no VC funding, building a small, close team where everyone owns the product. So we're looking for someone who wants to stay for the long term.

The role

You'll own our marketing channels end to end: email, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, Facebook, Threads and X, plus the copy and creatives behind them and our affiliate and creator program.

You'll do it with AI. You'll learn our product and the people who use it, then use AI to research, write, design and ship. AI makes the drafts. You decide what's true, what's generic and what's worth posting.

You won't start with everything. You'll own one or two channels first and add more as you find your feet. You'll work directly with the founder and the team, and what you learn from our audience will shape the product too.

What you'll do

• Find the human story. Read what real users say in reviews, Reddit threads and comments, and turn it into stories with a real person, a real moment and a real tension.

• Make it native to each platform. A reel, a carousel, a Pinterest pin, an email and an X thread each work differently. Write and design for each one instead of pasting the same post everywhere.

• Create with our own studio. Use GoStudio and other AI tools to make photos, videos and copy, and show what the product can really do.

• Study what works, then do something different. Track competitors and your own results, work out why something worked, and find the stories nobody else is telling.

• Grow our creator and affiliate program. Find creators who fit us, reach out with messages written for them, and help them succeed with GoStudio. We're rebuilding this program as a major part of how we grow.

• Measure and improve. Pick the number that matters for each channel, test, learn, and share what you find with the team every week.

• Bring the audience back to the product. Tell the team what people love, what confuses them and what they ask for.

Who you are

• You make things. A page, a channel, a newsletter, a college fest campaign, a meme account. Followers don't matter. That you tried does.

• You notice why things work. When a post stops your scroll, you can explain what it did to you.

• You have taste. Friends ask you about fashion and decor. You have an eye for good art, design or anything creative.

• You think in stories, not trends. A trend is a format. You care about the person and the feeling behind it.

• You use AI daily, and you edit it hard. You know generic AI copy when you see it, and you don't ship it.

• You finish. You'd rather post something real than polish a draft forever.

• You're authentic. No fake reviews, made-up numbers or claims the product can't back up.

• You learn fast and take feedback well. You'll be better in month two than in week one.

   Research our competitors and customers, build one story, make it work on three channels using AI, and publish one piece for real. We give you free GoStudio credits. We won't use your work without paying for it.

   In-person interview at our Indiranagar, Bengaluru office3–4 hours

   Talk us through your assignment, do a short task on your own laptop (AI allowed), and discuss what you made with us.
