GoStudio.ai began as one person's fight to prove herself to a world that wasn't making room for her. Today it's your studio — for proving yourself to that same world.
I'm from a small city in India. I did everything the system told me to. Five years of formal education. Two internships, six months each — top performer in both. And still, no job. Not in my hometown. Not remotely. I was a fresher, and freshers don't get picked. Family responsibilities meant I couldn't move to a metro to chase one. Companies want people who already know AI. No one wants to teach it. My college's curriculum was years behind. So I taught myself the latest technologies to code — from YouTube and AI tools, at home.
Then I noticed something unfair: people get judged on how polished their photos look before anyone sees what they can do. A good photo costs money. Most of us don't have it. So I built a fix — an AI headshot tool. In February 2025, I launched it on Reddit, in a post called “Not Giving Up. Going Indie.” I asked strangers to give a first-time founder a chance.
They did. They used it, told me what was broken, and told me what to build next. GoStudio.ai has grown that way ever since. Six months ago I moved to Bangalore. Today we're a team of five — me, three devs, and a mentor. No outside funding. Still here.
