Refund Policy

GoStudio.ai is a small, self-funded team in Bengaluru, India. We built GoStudio so anyone can get professional photos and videos without a photoshoot, and we only want your money if the product is worth it to you.

That is why every purchase is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you have tried GoStudio with a few credits and the results are not right for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of your payment and we will send your money back within 3 business days. No complicated forms, no back-and-forth.

The guarantee is there for when GoStudio does not work for you. If you have used all of the credits from a purchase and received results you were able to use, the purchase has been delivered in full and is no longer eligible for a refund.

The guarantee applies to everything you can buy on GoStudio.ai:

• Subscription plans, monthly and annual, including renewals
• One-time credit packs
• Purchases where you tried AI headshots, personal branding photos, model training, product photography, AI photo editing tools or AI video and were not satisfied with the results

If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged the wrong amount, we will fix it and refund the difference at any time — the 30-day window does not apply to billing errors.

Email support@gostudio.ai within 30 days of the charge and include:

• The email address on your GoStudio account
• Your order or invoice number, or the date and amount of the charge
• A short note on what did not work for you (optional, but it helps us improve)

We reply to every refund request and issue approved refunds within 3 business days. If you prefer, we can re-run or fix your results instead — the choice is always yours.

• We issue approved refunds within 3 business days of your request, back to your original payment method
• After we issue it, your bank or card provider may take a few extra business days to show it on your statement
• Credits from the refunded purchase are removed from your account once the refund is issued

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep your plan until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Cancelling does not refund the current period on its own. If you want a refund for a recent charge, email us within 30 days of that charge.

Our guarantee is built on trust, and almost everyone uses it honestly. To keep it fair for the community, we may decline refunds when:

• The request is made more than 30 days after the charge
• All of the credits from the purchase have been used and the results were delivered as expected
• An account was suspended or closed for breaking our Terms of Service, such as creating NSFW content or deepfakes
• There is a pattern of repeated purchases and refund requests, or other misuse of the guarantee

Free credits have no cash value and cannot be refunded.

Please contact us first. We can usually resolve a refund faster than a chargeback through your bank, and a chargeback may pause your account while the dispute is reviewed.
