- Review invite after your second purchase — when you buy for the second time, Trustpilot sends you an invite to leave a review.
- A friendly reminder — a follow-up email a little later asks if you’d like to share a review.
- Trustpilot in the app — paid customers see our Trustpilot reviews in the app, and on phones there is a review row in the side menu.
